The Media and Entrepreneur packages have no visa allocation but may be upgraded under the authority schedule. The Smart package does not permit additional visas. Included visas must be applied for within six months of establishment-card issuance. External approvals, medical examinations, VAT, Kapiti professional fees, and separately scoped third-party costs are not included unless expressly confirmed.
