What is IFZA?
IFZA supports entrepreneurs, SMEs, and established businesses that want to incorporate and grow through Dubai. Its model combines flexible licensing and remote setup with an international Professional Partner network and a wider ecosystem of operational support.
The IFZA name alone does not determine whether it is the right route. Activity fit, mainland access, shareholders, visas, banking, workspace, tax, and ongoing compliance still need to be assessed together.

Kapiti perspective
IFZA works best when its flexibility and support ecosystem match a clearly defined commercial objective. Kapiti reviews the route across the full company lifecycle: activity and ownership, incorporation, residency where required, banking readiness, tax and accounting obligations, renewals, and the quality of ongoing corporate administration.
Let's create success. Together.
Start with the activity, ownership, visa, banking, and operating requirements. We will compare the available route before the application moves forward.
IFZA is an independent Free Zone authority. Kapiti provides corporate services and route guidance. Authority acceptance, licence conditions, immigration, banking, tax treatment, and external approvals remain subject to the relevant institutions and applicable requirements. Official source: IFZA.
