For Website use outside an engagement, these Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from or connected with them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory rights or laws that apply to you.

Before beginning formal proceedings, you and Kapiti should first attempt in good faith to resolve a Website-related dispute through written communication. If it cannot be resolved, the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires another forum.

• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any notices expressly incorporated by reference, form the agreement governing Website use.
• If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue.
